The essence of our activities is to solve any kind of maintenance problem, to ensure the suitable conditions of work and proper work environment, and to repair any problem in the building in the quickest way.
Line of duties:
Operation (and maintenance work) of mechanical engineering systems
Operation (and maintenance work) of electronical systems
Keeping the connection with the public utility companies (gas, electricity, water, sewerage)
Controlling regularly the operational territory, controlling the maintenance status and the function of the different services like heating, warm water, telephone, lifts..., harmonising the current maintenance works, keeping the connection with the contractor, and determine the due, potential reconstruction works, quick removal of any kind of failure
Controlling the work of the contractors
Managing the work of the technical personnel
Getting the necessary operational permissions from the different Authorities
Service of reception and porter’s lodge, supervision of buildings
